Here at Incubators Africa, South Africa , do what we can by checking and testing any and all unit to insure, every unit that leaves us or our sale recitatives are working and tested, as we know there mite be one or two that can still go wrong as we can help by case by case , as we need to know with in 7 days from point of sale, or 7 days from online order on once you get the order from courier that all claims must be in ,with in time frame .
Courier Delivery’s In South Africa…
On all online orders are delivered to your address given by you to us as we only use courier guy and others to you door, making it Quicker and safer as well, as a whatsapp or email will be given to say once the order is sent off and for the courier info and waybill is given to you.
We Delivery any where in South Africa for a flat rate of charge to your door, as please note there is no warranty for any courier damage or loss of order in a case of such we and courier, must be informed on time of with in the first 24H , as your need to clam from courier on any courier damage as we ask you to check any and all delivery’s you get from us.
Delivery’s are made from us to you with in 3 to 14 working days from date of order been paid in full .
Warranty on all units …
Warranty stands on all of our units based for manufacture error or faulty part with in and no longer than 6 months (6 Months ), as the unit must be returned to us for such warranty to stand as no courier costs falls under this or be be paid to have units returned or sent out, as a invoice of punches of unit is need to claim on warranty as well. Please note that, there are no warranty on any eggs place into a Incubator of any kind.As we do not Guarantee any Hatch rate of the eggs due to the grade and type of eggs been used.
Please note not to change or change any part of the unit as the warranty will fall away if such change is done or made to them.
To Place a claim…
To place a claim you need to email us @ Incubatorsafrica@gmail.com with order number and claim you wish to place, so we can have a look and get back to you by email or cell. all claims must be done as soon as one can, as claims must be made with in 24 hours.
Refunds …
Refunds can and will only be able to do if the unit has not been used as all used items or missing parts from box, or box is missing a refund will not be able to be done at all, as all refunds will be charge a fee of 15% vale of the order due to services fees and handy charge or card cards.As No Refunds will be done on used or changed of mined or hart from any order or Item plasced.
